Great experience with the consultant engineer understanding needs, requirements and skill levels involved in the project. Only suggestion I would make is that rank beginners may not understand connection point requirements of the various components - it would be useful to include on diagrams whether a lug is required or not, and which type/size end to use!

Great service from start to finish, always available for advice and help, cannot recommend enough, i wouldnt trust my solar/electrics set up with anyone else!!

From initial enquiry to placing our order, over a period of 2 weeks Sam Barker was always ready to offer advice either over the phone or by email. Advice was based on what WE wanted to get from our electrical system. Never felt as though he was upselling, just simply advising the best solution. Checks elsewhere confirmed Sam's advice and design specification was spot on. Thanks Sam. If we ever do this again, I'll be back.
Great kit and product backup
Supply of the right kit for our application was made simple by competent, in person, service backup. Wiring diagrams were provided and our technical questions over the phone were given prompt attention and answered in layman's terms. The Vicron Smart Dc to DC charger supplied is an excellent piece of kit.

My new van build
I was unsure about what I needed for my new van conversion so I used the build feature and arranged a consultation. Sam asked some questions about the build and gave me some options and I went ahead and ordered. The kit was with me in a matter of days from vunked even tho I ordered right after new year! There was a bit of a mix up with my battery delivery from fogstar but Sam was on hand to have it sorted straight away. Can't fault the quality or the service I've recieved from vunked.

Vunked electric set up
Couldn't recommend vunked enough. I was very apprehensive about the van electrics but at the same time I wanted to give it a go. Sam from vunked was amazing to deal with, from our initial phone call to various e mails and calls during the install (im sure I did his head in) but he was always there to help. The wiring diagrams and instructions you receive are invaluable and easy to follow there is no way I would've been able to work that all out and install. It is very satisfying knowing everything is wired correctly and most importantly safe!!. Cheers Sam
It's the second time I've used Vunked…
It's the second time I've used Vunked as the service was great last time. Yet again, brilliant! Tried to save a bit by sourcing the main components from Renogy, and Vunked didn't have an issue with this. Top work guys!
Great expert advice
Unfortunately it turned out I couldn't buy the kit from Vunked due to geographical limitations, but Sam was anyway incredibly helpful and gave me great advice to design a suitable electrical system for my conversion, saving me a lot of time and headaches! Highly recommend!
